Popular Businessman Allegedly Kidnapped In Calabar

The chief executive officer (CEO) of Akito Rentals in Cross River, Mr
Sunday Ekanem, has been allegedly kidnapped the New Nigerian Online gathered.
He was alleged to have been kidnapped at his residence, along Atu Street in Calabar South local government area at about 8.30pm yesterday.
An eyewitness account,.said “I am still feeling sad over what happened to AKITO who is an epitome of humility and a great supporter of the PDP and the electoral process”.
“He freely provides chairs, canopies, generator and general comfort during registration, elections and campaigns in ward ten and Calabar South at large. In recent past he supports the neighbourhood vigilante
and motivates Nigeria Police Force”.
“He just started recuperating two days ago from a severe health
breakdown that lasted for about a week which is as a result of a
constant hiccup he had been battling with after his last Kidnap in November 2014, he added”.
This is the second time he is been kidnapped
Also our Correspondent gathered that three strange vehicles were seen closed to his office at Atu Street, one rickety Audi and others suspected to be monitoring cars.
Glory Sunday who is his wife confirmed the story saying she was called to be informed about the kidnapping of her husband. “I was informed as you were informed” she said on phone  chat.
The Police Public Relations Officer, Ms Irene Igbo, expressed shock about the kidnap story but said it was not yet reported at the time of filling this report.
