*To enter partnership with NSC

Oyo State Government on Wednesday, expressed readiness to ensure speedy completion of the Ibadan Inland Dry Port project.
The state Commissioner for Trades, Investment, Industry and Cooperatives, Hon. Ademola Ojo made this known while receiving into his office, the management of the Nigerian Shippers’ Council (NSC), Southwest Zone led by Mr. Moses Fadipe .
According to the Commissioner, towards this, the present Oyo State government will enter into partnership with the Nigerian Shippers’ Council (NSC) for the speedy completion of the project.
” Oyo State Government is really interested in the completion of the project. We are assuring you of the support and cooperation of the ministry and more importantly, personally eager to see the first cargo being lifted from the dry port”, he said.
Hon Ojo pointed out that his Ministry will work assiduously to find solutions to anything that may hamper the project and give maximum support for the completion of the project.
He emphasized that the project when completed will boost the state’s economy, and that the project is very important to the present administration in Oyo State.
