*flags-off 2022 Joint Planning Board, National Council On Development Planning Meeting, commissions projects

The Vice President of Nigeria, Professor Yemi Osinbajo visited Ebonyi State on Friday to flag-off 2022 Joint Planning Board and National Council on Development Planning meeting holding in Abakaliki, the capital of Ebonyi state.
The Vice President is also expected to commission some projects executed by the governor of Ebonyi State, Engr. David Umahi in different parts of the state during the visit.
The projects executed under the Divine Mandate administration of Governor Umahi that will be commissioned include, Ebonyi Shopping Mall, Wife of the Governor’s Office and Ultra Modern Government Chapel at Centenary City; some completed flyovers, Christian Ecumenical Centre, newly built roads amongst others.

“In this auspicious occasion of the flag-off of the 2022 Joint Planning Board and National Council on Development Planning meeting and Commissioning of some of the life transforming projects of the Divine Mandate of the governor of Ebonyi state,Engr.Chief David Umahi holding on April 8th, 2022.
“We also welcome the Minister of Finance, Mrs. Zainab A. Ahmed and the Minister of State for Budget and National planning, Prince Clem Agbe and all permanent secretaries, Ministry of Budget and National planning and Secretary NCDP, Mrs. Olusora O. Idowu and the 36 commissioners of budget, planning, finance and the permanent secretaries to the 31st edition of the Joint Planning Board and National Council on Development Planning in NCDP meeting holding at Africa’s biggest EXCO chamber, New Government House, Ochudo Centenary City Abakaliki.”
Major streets, roads and offices in Abakaliki were wearing new look ahead of the preparation of the VPs visit.
