Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda Will Improve Livelihood Of Nigerians – Minister

The Minister of Information and National Orientation, Honourable Mohammed Idris has said that the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Tinubu is to better the livelihood of Nigeria’s citizens.

He made this known during the Federal Ministry Information and National Orientation Sensitization, with a theme, “Sensitizing the Citizenry on Federal Government Intervention Programme at the states and local government levels” by the Honourable Minister in Kaduna.

The Minister who was represented by Head of Center, Federal Ministry of Information Kaduna, Mohammad Gwani, said that the federal government intervention is a commitment to assured long term plans that will yield the needed and lasting benefits to Nigerians.

He said federal government’s intervention is to sensitize the citizens in the state and country at large.

According to him, the three days town hall meeting is to create awareness programme of Federal Government’s intervention to facilitate the state, local government level and communities in Nigeria.

He said, the priority areas of President Tinubu’s administration is to reform the economy to deliver sustained inclusive growth.

The Minister pointed that the strength of the national security for peace and property, boost agriculture to achieve food security, energy and national resources for sustainable development.

He said that it is also to unveil and launch the intervention of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s 11- point agenda following subsidy removal.

He said, “this will promote renewal energy for the masses, youth empowerment and micro and small loan to help the citizens financially to engaged into the policies and empowerment programme.

“One of his agenda is to ensure full security and tackle security challenges befalling our country Nigeria and to improve the living standard of Nigeria youths.

“Also, to provide special standard of living and to ensure research and learning while opportunities will be given for questions and answers.

“However, the town hall meeting will be a memorable one with rally around the state with President Bola Tinubu sensitization of renewal hope of making Nigeria a betterment nation”.

He said the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Tinubu has a website which makes everyone to access it easily at their convenient time.

According to him, the sensitisation will pave way for our generations, it is timely and to ensure successful execution of these policy interventions.

He called on Kaduna youth, students, farmers, artisan, market men and women associations as well as businessmen to utilize these opportunities.

The Minister reassured that the federal government 100 per cent unreserved commitment towards wiping away poverty from Nigeria through 11-point agenda renewed hope intervention policies.

He called on the Nigerian media industry to hype and give these intervention initiatives wide publicity to the benefit of the state and other citizens of the nation.

Speaking further, the Minister said that there has been disbursement of 2,946,155.00 so far interest free students loan to Nigerian Tertiary Institutions and monthly up keep for 27,667 students by the Nigeria education loan.

“Removal of structural, market and policy barriers and acceleration of access to consumer credit through the Nigerian consumer credit corporation”.

“Promotion of investments in technology and creative ecosystems in the country via investment in digital and creative enterprises program”.

“Providing succour to the masses occasioned by transitive hardship of the removal of the fuel subsidy policy of the federal government via the presidential CNG initiative”.

“Empowering young Nigerians between ages 18-35 from all regions with knowledge, skills and mentorship to unlock their potentials to become future leaders”.

“Delivery of tailored support and low interest loans to micro enterprises in the formal, semiformal and informal sectors via the bank of industry”.

“Positioning Nigeria as a global hub for talent export and global partnership by propelling Nigerian talents to the world stage”.

“Providing relief to 10,000 youths of the Niger Delta Region while helping them attain desired skills and work experience via the NDDC youth empowerment internship program”.

In a remark, the Head of Service of Kaduna State, Hajiya Habiba Shakarau who represented the Kaduna State Deputy Governor commended the organizers that it is a mark of significance journey.

She said, the participant should feel free and participate to their own benefit and the state as they gather for action plan for a better Nigeria.

She acknowledged that many Nigerians are facing difficult time but we must be patients with our leaders.

The President is tackling every issue and reshuffling our economy as we support this administration to succeed while we embrace the 11- points agenda in order to achieve all our desires and with this effort will we all succeed, she said.

At the venue, people with disability, Kaduna Polytechnic, Kaduna State universities, Nuhu Bamaili Kaduna, all the 23 local governments and traditional rulers among others.
