Sunday Igboho Still In Cotonou Custody, Not On His Way To Germany – Chief Alliyu (SAN)

Lead Counsel to Yoruba rights activist, Chief Sunday Adeyemo Igboho, Chief Yomi Alliyu (SAN) on Thursday, declared that Chief Igboho is still in Cotonou, Republic of Benin contrary to the rumour of his  purported release
In a statement entitled Re-purported Release of Sunday Igboho” made available to newsmen in Ibadan, Chief Alliyu (SAN) declared that the news of Chief Sunday Igboho’s release should be discontenance .
According to the lead Counsel, the said  news that Chief Igboho is on his way to Germany ” is not true ” and that  something more comfortable are been negotiated for him than prison to meet his health demand’.
The statement reads, ” Kindly discontenance any news about the release of Chief Sunday Adeyemo or that he is on his way to Germany. It is not true please. 
” With the assistance of a worldwide renowned Prof and Professor Akintoye and lawyers( Falola and self ), we are negotiating for something more comfortable for him than prison to meet his health demand.
” I advised all to remain calm and prayerful”.
