According to him,  Starlite  Group is out to change the face of sports business not only in Nigeria but the entire West African sub- region  so as to help talented young men and women achieve their potentials in sports  positing that  they’re already working with their partners  in Europe and Asia to achieve  their set objective.
“At Starlite, we are not trying to make immediate profit like others because we believe in long time business investment and planning. Accepting the appointment, OLadipo commended the company for finding him worthy for the position stating that he accepted the offer because he discovered that the company believes in the development of youths and turning them to breadwinners of their families and employers of labour just as he promised to bring his wealth of experience to bear on the running of the affairs of the company.

For the last few months I’ve worked with them, I have seen that they’re capable of bringing changes in sports business in the country and am happy to be part of the Group’, concluded OLadipo who also doubles as President of Nigeria Boxing Board of Control ( NBB of C ).
