Stakeholders Adjudge Kano Council Polls Hitch-free, Peaceful

Kano State Government has been commended for conducting a hitch-free and peaceful elections that was held last Saturday where the All Progressives Congress (APC) was said to have swept all the 44 council chairmen and 484 councilors seats with wide margin.
Speaking with newsmen shortly after casting his vote, the elected chairman of Dawakin Tofa Local Government Council,  Alhaji Ado Tambai Kwa disclosed that the election was very peaceful and conducive beyond expectations.
He boasted that the APC is the best party in Nigeria and its objectives  are for  national development, assuring that he would try his  best to  execute many important projects that will benefit the people of Dawakin Tofa Local Government Area without bias.
 He   solicited  for co-operation from the entire people of the area.
Similarly, in a chat with members of the press  at Marke ward while monitoring the election,  the executive secretary, Kano State Science and Technical Schools Board, Alhaji Ahmed Tijjani Abdullahi expressed that the election  was scheduled and conducted in a serious manner because everything  went well at all the polling units that he visited.
He described Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje as a leader who  respects democracy that is why Kano State is always getting more recognition politically which is another landmark of achievements.
He called on the people of the state to  support  the Ganduje administration for best transformation.
The executive secretary finally congratulated the chairmen and councilors as well as the state electoral commission for the successful conduct of the local government election.
