Spokesman: Ngulde Urges President Tinubu To Appoint Abdul’aziz As Ajuri’s Replacement

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has been urged to appoint Abdul’aziz Abdul’aziz, a veteran broadcast journalist as the new Presidential Spokesperson and Special Adviser on Media & Publicity to the with the sudden resignation of Chief Ajuri Ngelale who is also a veteran journalist and senior broadcaster of the highest repute

Malam Adamu Aliyu Ngulde, a journalist based in Maiduguri who made the call, also implored the President to consider Abdul’aziz based on his wide range of experience and qualifications as a practicing broadcast journalist and professional who is an experienced literary craftsman and some Nigerian newspapers editor since his journalism practice in 2007.

According to him, from the wealth of experience of Abdul Aziz and various positions he held within the Nigerian media industry, he has served remarkably as head of some print and broadcast media including, the Deputy General Editor of the Daily Trust Newspaper.

“His credentials encompass involvement in numerous journalism practice with many media organizations, apart from various courses and workshops with the British Council writing workshop overseen by Bernadine Evaristo and the Farafina Trust and Chimamanda Adichie workshop in 2012.

“His contributions to journalism and literary arts have garnered considerable recognition and elevations resulting in multiple nominations and accolades, with his poetic works being featured in anthologies,” Ngulde said

Adamu Ngulde added that subsequent to a comprehensive evaluation of Abdul’aziz’s achievements, his wealth of experience in the media industry, qualified him the most qualified contender for the presidential spokesperson appointment.

Ngulde underscored Abdul’aziz’s decades of experience and commitment as well as competence as a prelude to media, communication, and public relations.

“Throughout his professional trajectory, Abdul’aziz has displayed a profound comprehension of media intricacies, communication methodologies, and public relations.

“His proficiency in engaging with both conventional and contemporary media platforms uniquely positions him to meet the diverse communication needs of the presidency.

“Moreover, his professionalism and integrity have garnered him widespread acclaim within the sector,” Ngulde added

Ngulde further accentuated Abdul’aziz’s unwavering dedication to ethical journalism and transparent communication and attributes to his representation of the presidency characterized by his credibility and integrity.

” In a period where public confidence in governmental communications is crucial, Abdul’aziz’s outstanding records of achievements and expertise make him the ideal successor to Ajuri Ngelale towards ensuring continuity and excellence in the presidential spokesperson’s job,” Ngulde said
