An aspirant for the position of Welfare Secretary at the NIgeria Bar Association (NBA), Sir Ben Churchill Aniekwena has congratulated Muslim lawyers and Nigerians on the successful completion of the Ramadan and Eid-el-Fitri.
He expressed this in a goodwill message made available on Sunday May 1, 2022.
“As our Muslim brothers colleague concludes their 30 days fast from dawn to dusk in celebration of the Holy Eid-el-fitr (Sallah), may I stress with the need for universal love, peace and togetherness that the completion of this fasting and supplications in the just past month of Holy Ramadhan exhausted each and every dear Muslims complete suppression of their passions and desires. In fact, this proclamation which they have so done, exposes them to the supremacy of the Law of Allah, which inculcates in our brothers strength in their faith”.
He concluded by urging Our Muslim bothers and colleagues in upholding their faith to show submission, surrender and obedience to the Almighty Allah through emulating on the whole actions and utterances of His Holy Prophet Mohammed (SAW). Wishing them all happy joyous celebration.
