By; Buhari B. Bello, Jos.
The Zonal Representative of Shi’ites Movement in North Central, Alhaji Adamu Tsoho has urge the Federal Government to hasten the prosecution of their leader, Sheik Ibrahim Yaqub El Zakzaky before the court of Law.
Speaking to press men in Jos on the statement made by  the Nigeria Army, Tsoho explained that “the movement followers  in the Country are anxiously awaiting his appearance in court”.
He said that several of the Shi’ite members killed at the Zaria incident “are still in the custody of the military  and yet to be received and buried for now”.
Tsoho called on the military to hand them the corpses of their members so that they can be buried in accordance with Islamic rites.
According to him, their members are to hold a peaceful procession in Jos, Plateau State capital after friday prayers before it was cancelled by the security Operatives who station combatant Police men and Soldiers in all the routes leading to the central Mosque.
“We strongly condemn the action of the security men who stopped us from holding a peaceful procession.
“We also uncovered a plan by some people to wear black clothes so that they will disguise as our members to open fire on the military” he claimed.
He denied what he described “as ignorance allegation” made by Nigerian Muslims that shi’ites Movement in the country are against the tradition of Prophet Muhammed.
