The National Progressive Youth Alliance has condemned the recent inflammatory comments by Festus Keyamo against Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Boss Mustapha in respect of governorship election in Adamawa State.
The National Coordinator of the Alliance, Hon. Yunusa Hasheem made their position known in a statement made available to newsmen in Kaduna.
The Alliance appealed to APC Presidential Campaign to draw the attention of Festus Keyamo from further negative comments that would bring division to the party.
” Already, President Muhammadu Buhari has cleared the air on his position on Vice President Yemi Osibanjo and the Secretary to the Government of Federation Boss Mustapha particularly to focus more on providing good governance to Nigerians,” he said.
” If APC campaign organisation has problem with the former SGF Babachir Lawal, they should not bring Boss Mustapha into it,” he emphasized.
According to him, Boss Mustapha has been a dedicated political leader and strategist from GNPP, UPN and was a political member of Asiwaju in ACN and also contributed to the success of APC as a party.
Hon. Yunusa Hasheem challenged Barrister Festus Keyamo to focus on how APC would deliver in Delta state.
The Alliance assured that the SGF Boss Mustapha would continue to support President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration up to the end.
