Recently, there have been rumours circulating on Social Media that Seyi Tinubu, the son of the former governor of Lagos State and the next president of Nigeria, Bola Tinubu, purchased a property in London worth $10.8 million.
These rumours have caused a lot of controversy, with some people accusing Seyi of corruption and illegal activities.
Firstly, it is important to note that Seyi Tinubu is a legal business owner who has never held any public office in Nigeria. As such, he is entitled to own property, whether it be in Nigeria or any other part of the world. It is not a crime for a private citizen to own a large property in a desirable location, especially if they have the financial means to do so.
There is no evidence to suggest that Seyi Tinubu engaged in any illegal activities to acquire the property.
Seyi Tinubu has worked hard to build his own successful business empire and has achieved his success through his own hard work and dedication.
Seyi Tinubu is not the only private citizen who owns property in desirable locations around the world. Many successful businessmen and women own large properties in desirable locations, and this is not a crime. So why is Seyi’s an issue? “Abi na because him papa be our beloved presido to be?” Focusing on the facts and not letting rumours and speculation cloud our judgment should be the basis for such discussions
There is no evidence to suggest that Seyi Tinubu engaged in any illegal activities to acquire any property anywhere in the world.
As a legal business owner with no history of public office, he is entitled to own property anywhere in the world. let’s stop hate, rumors and speculation from clouding our judgment.
Seyi Tinubu has faced a lot of hate and slander in recent times. This is mainly due to his father’s political career and his perceived influence in Nigerian politics. Some Nigerians have accused Seyi of benefiting from his father’s political connections and engaging in corrupt practices.
However, it is worthy to note that Seyi Tinubu is his own person and should not be judged based on emotional perception or political affiliations. It is unfair to hold him responsible for assumptions or thoughts created in the mind of those who seek to pull him down at all cost, especially when he has not been implicated in any corrupt activities.
Moreover, it is understandable that being the son of a prominent politician can open doors and create opportunities. However, it is important to note that Seyi Tinubu is a successful entrepreneur who has built a thriving business empire through hard work and dedication.
He is the CEO of Loatsad Promomedia, a leading outdoor advertising company in Nigeria. The company has grown significantly under his leadership, with operations in several African countries.
Seyi Tinubu’s success in the business world is a testament to his entrepreneurial skills and work ethic. He has not relied on his father’s political connections to achieve success. Instead, he has worked hard to build a brand that is respected in the industry.
It is unfair and irresponsible to hate on Seyi Tinubu and accuse him of engaging in corrupt practices just because his dad is a politician,  a politician who till date has not been found wanting by any court of law in this world with any wrong doings.
He is his own person and has worked hard to build a successful business empire. It is important to judge him based on his actions and achievements rather than the oppositions perceived and assumed wrong doings of his Dad. We should celebrate his successes and encourage him to continue to make positive contributions to the Nigerian society, most especially the youth, in anticipation of a better tomorrow.
