Senator Adeleke’s Family Warns Against Speculating Cause Of Death

The family of the Late first civilian governor of Osun State, Senator Isiaka Adetunji Adeleke on Wednesday said nobody can determine the causes of the Senator’s death for now “until autopsy result is out.”
Addressing newsmen at Senator Adeleke’s residence in Ede, the family led by the younger brother to the late Senator, Dr Deji Adeleke declared that their brother, Senator Isiaka Adeleke was not sick and that his death was a rude shock.
Dr Adeleke stressed that it will take “one to two weeks before the result of the autopsy conducted on the dead body of Senator Adeleke will be out.
“The death of our brother was a rude shock, we could not believe our brother has gone because he was healthy and strong. He was not sick. We want to appeal to the people outside there to stop carrying speculations. Nobody can determine the causes of the death yet until autopsy result is out” he said.
Dr Adeleke maintained further that “our brother was a Muslim, as you all know but we have to delay his burial till the day so as to conduct postmortem test and the doctor said it will take one to two weeks before the result is out contrary to what is being speculated on the social media”.
Emphasizing that the late Senator was an hero in the House and his community,Dr Deji Adeleke said “we have cried and cried, we cannot query God. However, we want to mourn our late brother in peace and not violence.”
“The pains of his death will take a very long time before it can be healed in our heart. However, his death is a painful one and family still dreaming whether he is alive or not”.
The Late Senator’s family however appreciated “President Muhammadu Buhari, Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, the Senate President, Dr Bukola Saraki, Governors Ibikunle Amosun, Ayodele Fayose, Rotimi Akeredolu, former governor Olagunsoye Oyinlola, Alhaji Aliko Dangote, traditional rulers,  religious leaders and the entire people of Nigeria and Osun State for their sympathy and feeling they share over the death of Senator Adeleke.”
It would be recalled that Senator Isiaka Adetunji Adeleke died on Sunday morning and was buried this Monday in Ede his hometown.
