Senate President, Akpabio Commiserates Gov Eno Over Wife’s Death

The President of the Senate, Senator Godswill Akpabio on Friday, commiserated with the Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Pastor Umoh Eno over the untimely death of his wife, Her Excellency, Pastor (Mrs) Patience Umo Eno.

Senator Akpabio, in a condolence message signed by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Hon. Eseme Eyiboh declared that he was immensely saddened by the death of the wife of the governor.

The President of the Senate said the late Mrs Patience Umo Eno’s kindness, compassion and commitment to the cause of the Akwa Ibom people will be greatly missed.

“Your Excellency, My dear brother and Governor, Pastor Umo Eno, I am deeply saddened to hear about the passing of your beloved wife, Her Excellency, Pastor (Mrs). Patience Umo Eno. My heart goes out to you and your family during this incredibly difficult time”, he said.

Senator Akpabio added, “I knew Pastor Patience Umo Eno closely and she was an incredible partner and an exceptional woman, whose kindness, compassion, and dedication to the family and people of Akwa Ibom State will never be forgotten. Her support and partnership with you throughout your journey were invaluable.

“Her legacy will continue to inspire and uplift us.My family, the people of Akwa Ibom North West Senatorial District and the Senate and the 10th National Assembly stand in solidarity with you, sharing in your grief and offering our heartfelt condolences.

“May God grant you and the entire family the strength and courage to bear this irreparable loss. May the soul of Pastor (Mrs) Patience Umo Eno rest in perfect peace”.
