Reps Vow To Investigate IPPIS Corruption Allegations

The House of Representatives Ad- hoc Committee Investigating Corrupt and Sharp Practices at the Integrated  Payroll and Personnel  Information Management System (IPPIS) has vowed to ensue that all cases of corrupt acts within the IPPIS are fully investigated and dealt with.

The Head of the Committee, Hon Yusuf Gagdi expressed this to newsmen while explaining the details of the workings of the commitee.

The lawmaker said that the chairman of Federal Character Commission, Hajiya Farida  Dankaka and  other critical stakeholders have been summoned by the ad-hoc committee to explain  how the IPPIS operates.

It would be recalled that the IPPIS  management was accused of job racketeering and mismanagement of funds  by various individuals. 

To  this end, the Yusuf Gagdi Committee was set up to investigate the allegations
