Recession: Bindow to introduce Special Assistance Program

In its efforts to cushion the effect of recession on its people, the Adamawa State Government would engaged 100 people from the 21 local government area of the state, into Special Assistance (SA) programs.
Governor Muhammadu Umaru made this known during while flagging off 2.7 kilometer Numan township road rehabilitation and construction in Numan local government area of the state.
According to him, the contract for rehabilitation of Gwaida Mallam in the area would be awarded to ease transportation challenges being faced in the area, as well as rehabilitation and equipping of Numan general hospital to provide health services to the people.
The governor however said he had directed zenith Bank to open branch in Numan for the citizens of the area to benefit from job creation of his administration as well as boost revenue drive of the council.
Earlier, Hamma Bachama Humon Stephen Irmiya has urged the governor to provide infrastructure presence in Numan ,nothing most of the infrastructure in the council were mostly built by missionaries.
Managing Director  TRIACTA NIGERIA LIMITED Elie  Farhat assured the  company would  complete the work within time frame of December deadline and would strictly adhere to specification.##
