According to him, apart from the transformers now in Maiduguri, other equipments received included transformer oil, cables, feeder pillars and aluminum conductors.
Mustafa said the intervention which was made possible by the Minister of State for Power, Alhaji Baba Shehuri, would not only go a long way in ensuring quality power supply but also address the problem of low voltage being faced in some areas.
He stated further that the equipment received will enable them re- connect power supply to Local Government areas that were ravaged by the insurgents in the northeastern states of Maiduguri, Yobe and Adamawa
While noting the challenges being face by the company in view of the vandalization of its equipments during the Boko Haram insurgents crisis, Mustafa urged customers to exercise patience as the company continue to make effort to repair affected equipments.
He urged for prompt payment of bills and the need to safeguard the company’s equipment from vandals.
