A supporter of newly floated Real Bees FC of Kaduna, Gandama Mohammed has slammed the League Management Company (LMC) and the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) for influencing the change of the top management if the team.
This was after several failed efforts to get in touch with the financier of the team, Dr Samaila Sambawa ,
Gandama Mohammed said that after the top management of NFF and LMC saw the list of the new club in the papers nf 20th January 2018, they called Dr sambawa and told him that with Abdulaziz mohammed at the helms of affairs of the club if they don’t get promotion, he should not blame them.
“It was made clear to him (Sambawa)  that Real Bees can only get promotion if they (top management of NFF and LMC suggest  names of those to manage the club.
“At the end of the day, all the first management of the club which included  Ali Nayara Team Manager,  J.J. Alhassan the  Chief Coach, Abdulahi Tete Ibrahim the Assistant Coach 1, Abdul Alaye, Assistant Coach II, Joshua Bahago, Physiotherapist, Abdulgafar Agboola, Secretary, Ibrahim Daddy, Curator, Vincent Akinbami  Media Officer, Sunday Ibeji, Welfare Officer, Dayo Davies Trainer and Isa Abdul Goalkeeper Trainer were all dropped, but Dr Sambawa and the new management asked Vincent Akinbami and Isa abdul to stay back with the new management,” he explained.
According to Gandama, ”This is bad for football in Nigeria, if league managers will now be the ones picking management for clubs. I am very sure they did this to hit back at Alhaji Abdulazeez Mohammed for taking NNL to court for the fracas that happened four years ago between Ranchers Bees and Kwara  United. This will not take us any where,” he concluded.
When contacted, Vincent Akinbami refused to speak on why he refused to join the new management, but these cannot be far from the fact that he was brought into the team by  Alhaji Abdulazeez Mohammed and since Abdulazeez was no longer part of the management, he may have decided not to stay back, but Isa Abdul  the goalkeeper’s  trainer it was learnt, has already resumed  with the new management.
The new management with Garba Lawal as the Head Coach and Team Manager ,Yinka Saliu and Mohammed Mohammed, who will both serve as first and second assistant coaches respectively, while former Super Sand Eagles No 1 goalkeeper Abdul Isa retained his position.
