Ramadan: Jaiz Foundation donates food items, Beverages to FBOs in Kaduna

In the spirit of the Ramadan season, Jaiz Foundation has donated food items and beverages to Al-Ihsan Foundation and Humana Family Aid foundation; two faith based organizations (FBOs) ‎in Kaduna‎ as part of assistance to them to aid the needy, orphans, widows and the less privilege which they cater for.
Making the donations, the Chairman Board of Trustees of Jaiz Foundation, Alhaji Umar Mutallab called on the benefiting foundations to utilise the items judiciously in touching the lives of the needy and the less privilege in the society for which purpose the items are donated.
Represented by a member of the board, Hajiya Amina Ladan Ladan Baki,  Mutallab said the Foundation was attracted to aid the two foundations with the items taking into cognizance the type of humanitarian activities they embark on to assist the indigent in the society.
Items donated include 70 bags of 50kg Rice, 40 bags of 100kg Millet, 30 bags of 50kg Sugar, 30 cartons of Peak Milk, 60 cartons of Spaghetti, 54 cartons of Indomie, 60 cartons of Macaroni, 4 bags of Dates and 20 cartons of Lipton.
She applauded the Foundations for their concerted efforts in putting smile on the faces of the vulnerable and less privilege in the society, assuring that Jaiz foundation will continue to assist other Foundations and organizations for them to  trickle down the assistance to the needy and down trodden in the society.
“These items are donated to your foundations to assist you in further providing assistance to the needy and less privilege like you have been doing, particularly in this ‎holy month of Ramadan” she stressed.
Receiving the items, the Amirah of Al-Ihsan Foundation, Hajiya Amina Abubakar and the Coordinator of the Humana Family Aid Foundation Abubakar Iliyasu applauded Jaiz Foundation for their gesture and prayed God to continue to bless the Foundation.
Earlier, the Amirah of Al-Ihsan foundation told the representative of the Jaiz Foundation that Al-Ihsan Foundation also supports the less privilege children in acquiring basic education, take care of their medical challenges, build capacity of youths, assist in providing potable water to selected communities and also engage in annual Ramadan feeding program.
“We strive towards continual excellence to better humanity and assist in strengthening platform systems and structures needed to provide humanitarian services in the field of education, healthcare and community developments as it. Affects children, women and youths” she said.
The Foundation currently have seven students on its scholarship in different institutions; four in Kaduna Polytechnic, one in Bayero University, Kano and two in Al-Manar Academy.
The Director General Foundation, Ambassador Adamu Badamasi Ibrahim was represented by Ibrahim Madawaki, Head, Corporate Services, while Kaduna Branch Manager of Jaiz Bank, MAllam Murtala Aliyu also witnessed the presentation.
