Private firms to build refineries in Plateau – IPMAN

The National Secretary of Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigerian, Alhaji Daladi Pasali, has revealed that two private companies had agreed to build modular refineries in Plateau State.
The Secretary who made this known during a chat with journalists in Jos disclosed that the  two co-investors have agreed to invest despite the crisis-prone nature of the state.
He expressed optimism that peace has gradually returned and the  state was in good shape for commerce, particularly with the present administration of Barister Simon Lalong.
Pasali who gave the name of the companies as  “Blue Oil Company and Water Carbon Filled Energy” also said one of the refineries would be located in Plateau South while the other one would be built in Plateau North.
He said the development came as a result of the confidence both the people from within and outside the state have in the state especially in the area of security with the measures being taken by the present governor of the state to restore peace and harmony in Plateau.
