President Mujammadu Buhari on Thursday received in his office, the Chibok Schoolgirl, Aisha Ali-Nkenki, who was rescued by the Joint Task Force from Boko Haram captivity in the dreaded Sambisa forest.
The girl who is now a mother of a four months old baby was led to the Presidential Villa by the Governor of Borno State, Kashim Shettima, the Chief of Defence Staff, General Gabriel Oloniskokin and the National Security Adviser (NSA), General Babagana Munguno (rtd), among others.
The young abductee had her face covered and was heavily shielded both on her arrival and departure to prevent newsmen from asking her questions and taking her photographs.
State House correspondents, many of whom were barred from the meeting that last about one and a half hour, and their other professional colleagues who swarmed around her like flies, struggleg in vain to get a glimpse and a word out of the girl as she was sandwiched into a waiting vehicle and driven out of their gaze.
