Oyo State Police command on Friday, announced September 26 for the physical and credential screening exercise for the 9th Regular Cadet Course of Police Academy (POLAC), Wudil Kano State.
The command made this known in a statement issued by its Public Relations Officer (PPRO), SP Adewale Osifeso on behalf of the state Commissioner of Police CP Adebowale Williams.
According to the statement, the screening is to hold at the Oyo State Police Command, Eleyele, Ibadan, Oyo State between September 26 and October 2 at 8am daily.
Oyo State Police command in the statement, stressed that, ” the candidates are to appear at the screening venue in white T-shirt and white shorts along with the following items:
* Evidence of physical/mental fitness from a government recognized Medical Hospital.
* Evidence of Good Character from Village/District Head of the applicant.
* Certificate of Indigene signed by Local Government Chairman or Secretary.
* National Identity Card/slip (NIN)
Other items for the screening are :
* Original and duplicate copies of credentials – O’ Level Result(s), Certificate of Origin and Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age Including Jamb result printout.
* Printout of application
* Duly completed Guarantor’s form
* Invitation slip
Oyo Police Command stated that, “candidates are to come for the exercise on the date indicated on their invitation slip.
“Wishing the short listed candidates the best.”
CP Williams urged them to conduct themselves in the highest degree of orderliness and good behaviour before, during and after the exercise.
