People Democratic Party (PDP), candidate in the coming local government elections in Zangon-Kataf Local Government Area, Hon. Francis A. Sani, aka Zimbo, has congratulated the Chairmen-elect of the recently concluded elections in Kajuru and Chikun local government areas of Kaduna State.
In a letter of congratulations, Zimbo said,”I write with profound joy to congratulate you on your deserved victories in the just concluded, fiercely fought Local Government Council rescheduled elections in Kajuru and Chikun.
“These victories are not yours or our party’s alone but a victory for the people of Kajuru and Chikun who stood by you and our great party, the PDP, and ensured that their votes counted.”
He added, “My dear friends, for your Local Government Councils that are getting their first validly elected Chairmen for the first time in 6 years, these victories are even the more worthy of celebration.
“Now that the victory is won in your responsive elections, I pray that God will give you both the graces and wisdom you will need as you get down to work to repay the confidence reposed in you by the people. May you make a difference where those before you have made dull impact.
“The task ahead is enormous, no doubt, but with God and commitment to the people, it can be accomplished.
“Pray for us too as we await the date for our own election in Zangon Kataf Local Government, and rest assured of our own prayers and best wishes.”
