The sales of forms to those interested in participating in the 2016 Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Party Primary for 2016 Ondo State Gubernatorial Election begins today, friday July 22, 2016.
This was conveyed in a statement signed by Member, National Caretaker Committee, Senator Abdul Ningi.
According to the statement, sales will be on until Monday August 8, at 13, Thaba-Tseka Street, British Village, Wuse II, Abuja.
“In compliance with the stipulations of the Electoral Act 2010 (as Amended), the Independent National Electoral Commission’s (INEC) Time-table and Guidelines of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP),”
It informed that Screening of Aspirants will be held at the State Party Secretariat, Akure, Ondo State on Thursday 11 August, 2016, while the Screening Appeals, is also slated for same venue.
It stated that the Congresses for 3 Ad-Hoc Ward Delegates to Gubernatorial Primary will come up on Thursday August 18, 2016, while the Gubernatorial Primary Election is slated for Monday August 22, 2016.
Appeals from Gubernatorial Primary will be held on Thursday 25 August, 2016.
