Oyo Govt Recruits 692 New Education Officers

Oyo State Government has recruited 692 new Education Officers into the  different Unity Schools and Technical Colleges in and across the state. 
This was made known by the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, Mrs. Aminat Atere in a statement made available to journalists in Ibadan.
According to the Permanent Secretary, all the 692 newly recruited officers have resumed duties this Monday, September 20, 2021 across different Unity Schools and Technical Colleges in Oyo State. 
Mrs Atere maintained that the Ministry is  committed  towards enhancing qualitative education in the state, adding that the ” new employees assumed duty today, beginning of a new session, after successful completion of all necessary documentation at the Ministry’s headquarters in Secretariat”. 
Emphasizing that the assumption of duty of the newly recruited officers marks successful completion of their documentation as Education Officers in the Oyo State civil service”, Mrs. Atere congratulated the successful employees being brought onboard the State teaching system, adding that much was expected of them. 
Expressing gratitude towards Governor Seyi Makinde for his prompt approval and support of the recruitment process, Mrs. Atere urged the new employees to reciprocate the good gestures of the State Government by contributing positively to the development of Oyo state Education Sector, hinting that the official induction and Training will come up soon. 
Also, the Permanent Secretary tasked the newly recruited officers to always be punctual, diligent, disciplined and to recognize authority and organogram in their offices.
