Ondo Police Command Parades Suspected Kidnappers

The Ondo State Police Command  has    paraded seven suspected kidnappers arrested in Owo,, Owo Local Government Area of the state.
The suspects who were paraded with arms, locally made guns and charms claimed to be hunters from the Northern part of the country.
The Public Relations Officer of the Command, Mr. Femi Joseph said the suspects were arrested  following  a tip off that some men with a  number of locally made guns were sighted in the town.
The Police also paraded two suspects who specialize in receiving stolen property from robbers and recovered a Toyota Camry.
The command spokesman disclosed that some of their accomplices had already been been captured and charged to court.
Joseph said the police were also on the trail of some suspected kidnappers terrorising commuters plying the Benin/Ore Expressway.
Efforts of the police according him had led to the rescue of three victims recently while the suspects escaped.
He advised every citizen of the state to be security conscious and assured that the suspects would be charged to court after investigation.
