The Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Saliu Adetunji on Wednesday described the late Olowo of Owo, in Ondo State, Oba Olateru Olagbegi as a great man, even in death.
Oba Adetunji stated this in a statement issued on his behalf by his Personal Assistant/Director of \Media and Public Affairs, Mr Adeola Oloko made available to newsmen in Ibadan on the death of the Olowo.
The Olubadan pointed out that the death of the Olowo of Owo came as a rude shock to him but noted that he lived an exemplary life worthy of emulation.
Oba Adetunji while commiserating with the government and people of Ondo State in general and people of Owo town and his immediate family in particular, prayed God for the repose of his soul.
