Plans have been concluded by the technical committee of the Nigeria Volleyball Federation (NVBF) to invite 16 male players to camp in Kaduna in preparations for the 2019 CAVB zone 3 Nations Cup in Ghana.
According to a statement by the federation’s chairman media and publicity, Kehinde Lamidi, the players invited are,
Patrick Davou – NCS, Stanley Manfred – UCEM(Setters), Philip Akande – NCS, Pascal Ozakoye – Plateau, . Jeyeola Abdulqodri – Offa(Middle), John Solomon – Niger, Paul Ogulumba – Ondo, Michael Abari – Kano, Promise Abeki – Famous Spikers, Abiye Amachree – NSCDC, Badmus Taiwo- Offa, Mamman B – Katsina (Sides).
Others include, Babalola Useni – Police, Samuel Augustine – NIS(opposite Setters), Zakariya Sylvanus – Plateau, Previous Peter – NIS(Liberos).
The players and the technical crew are to resume camp in Kaduna on Saturday 27th of July, 2019.
2019 CAVB zone 3 Nations Cup is scheduled to hold in Ghana between 1st and 9th of August.
