The Guest Speaker at the occasion, Prof. Akinsola A. Agagu, Head of Department, Political Science, Ekiti State University, Ado Ekiti stressed the need to resuscitate the economic and industrialise the state by the political class.
He urged those aspiring for the number one job in the state to see the poor position of Ondo State in the face of economic challenges by putting in place those qualities the people see in them before voting them into power to improve the standard of the state.
Also, the Chairman of the occasion, Chief Jamiu Ekungba said all aspirants are friends over the years and are ready to work with whoever emerges as the party’s candidate through a free and fair primary among them.
