Customers using different mobile telecoms networks have decried that service providers did not celebrate them this time, during Nigeria’s 62nd Independence Anniversary, like what is being witnessed in other countries across the globe.
Those who had chats with our correspondent, said that customers expected that the service providers would celebrate Nigerians with at least one minute call bonus or data, but nothing was offered, which is a great issue needing attention.
Malam Aliyu Sani Kano said that, “this time, our service providers did not celebrate Nigerians and it is important for every phone user on any network to receive at least one minute free as bonus to Nigerians as this would promote business and economic progress”.
Similarly, Mr. Benedict from Sabon Gari Kano said that Nigerians are still expecting something important from the service providers, which he believes, would be another channel to better understanding between them and their customers.
