Nigeria Police will immortalize late Adewusi – Arase

The Inspector General of Police, Mr Solomon Arase has hinted that the Nigerian Police Force will immortalize the late former Inspector General of Police, Chief Sunday Adewusi who died recently.
Mr Arase dropped this hint in Ogbomoso when he led Senior Police Officers on a condolence visit to the family of the late former IGP.
He declared that the indelible mark of the late former Inspector General while in service stood him out as one of the most outstanding personalities and fatherly figure in the Nigeria Police till date.
The IGP pointed out that the late Chief Adewusi was the father of modern day policing in Nigeria.
Receiving IGP Arase and his team, the wife of the late former Inspector General of Police, Mrs Funsho Adewusi lauded the IGP and the entire Nigeria Police Force for the visitation and the honour done to her husband.
IGP Arase was received in Ogbomoso by the former Governor of Oyo State Otunba Adebayo Alao Akala and other dignitaries.
