The Vice President, Professor Yemi Osinbajo on Sunday declared that Nigeria is already on the path to greatness.
Professor Osinbajo stated this in his Christmas message to Christians and other Nigerians on the celebration of this year’s Christmas posted on his Twitter handle.
The Vice President pointed out that the “compassion, love, peace, sacrifice, hope” are among the attributes of Nigerians which will guide and guard us on the journey to make Nigeria great.
“Today on Christmas day, we are thankful of joy, celebration and hope. Compassion ,love, peace, sacrifice, hope are some of the Characteristics that surrounds the birth of Christ. They are among the attributes of Nigerians. While celebrating Christ birth, I pray that those values reflect” he said.
Professor Osinbajo added that “the Nigerian spirit will guide and guard us on the journey to make Nigeria great,” saying, “thankfully, we are already on that path”.
While congratulating Nigerians for witnessing this year’s celebration, the Vice President prayed that God bless Nigeria and “Merry Christmas to the amazing Nigerian people”.
