National Youth for Women Empowerment and Education in Nigeria is an umbrella body of positive and progressive minded Youths who have come together regardless of gender, ethnicity, religion and sectional differences to champion the course of the voiceless women in Nigeria, to advocate and promote gender parity campaign in governmental circle, to bridge the existing alarming educational gaps between men and women, to educate parents
On the need to desist from prefential treatments in favour of male childs and galvanise aggressive campaign against the needless inequalities in terms of economic opportunities that tilt towards the male gender and to Foster girls child education and girls child enrolment in schools across the country. Additionally, the body aims and objectives include providing entrepreneurship training to women, to impart skills acquisitions knowledge on Nigerian women through seminars and above all, to ensure women get the requisites Empowerment and Educational training that will unlock their political and economic potentials thereby enabling them to cater for their own personal needs and by extention, family needs and to give them the opportunity to contribute their quotas towards the overall socio political and socio economic development of Nigeria. The body motto is when you educate a woman, you educate a nation.

The Leadership of National Youth for Women Empowerment and Education in Nigeria having closely perused vividly the laudable programs and activities of NOWA under the able, dynamic, ebullient, iconic, exemplary and distinguished leadership of Hajiya Nana Aisha Gambo, the wife of Chief of Naval Staff, decided to pay a courtesy visit on her at Naval Officers wife Association (NOWA) National Headquarters in Abuja.
The Delegation of National Youth for Women Empowerment and Education in Nigeria was led by its National Coordinator, Ambassador Lami Kayode.

The essence of the visit was first and foremost to discuss areas of partnership with NOWA National president and to induct her into NYWEEN Hall of fame as Icon Of Women Development in Nigeria. The reason for her induction was informed by her sterling and tireless commitments to the emancipation, progress, development and general well-being of women in Nigeria. Since Hajiya Nana Aisha Gambo assumption in Office as NOWA president on 27th February 2021, she has been working vigorously round the clock to provide clean portable water to deprived communities across the country knowing fully well that women are going to be the utmost beneficiary of such gestures. Her positive agenda for Nigerian women is beyond Naval commands and formations in Nigeria. She has through the instrumentality of her office as NOWA National President provided training and skills acquisitions materials for Naval Officers wife.

Before her assumption in Office as NOWA National President, through her private enterprise Framazaz Resources Limited, she gave hope to countless Youth in Nigeria by empowering them with jobs in her flourishing business enterprise, she was a pillar of support and tower of strength to many families in Nigeria. She has been a mentor and role model to many, especially the upcoming generations.
It was on the basis of the foregoing the Leadership of National Youth for Women Empowerment and Education in Nigeria unanimously decided to honour her in order to encourage her to do more, in order to motivate her to re-dedicate the rest of her life to the service of Nigerian women especially the downtrodden masses .
It is the view of the Leadership of National Youth for Women Empowerment and Education in Nigeria that as far as evolution of Modern Nigeria is concerned, Hajiya Nana Aisha Gambo has paid her due and it is the Leadership expectation that with her induction into NYWEEN Hall of fame, she will continue to touch the lives of women to the admiration of all. Posterity will not judge the Leadership of National Youth for Women Empowerment and Education in Nigeria fairly if the Leadership fail to recognise and appreciate Hajiya Nana Aisha Gambo for her remarkable achievements and exemplary service in Office as NOWA National President. Hajiya Nana Aisha Gambo within just few months as NOWA president has written her name in gold. Her philanthropic gestures to the poor has no boundary. Her reputation for helping the hapless members of our society is uncommon and her zeal to do more is unwavering.
