Originating summon of Debo Oshundun against National Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN), Olatutu Oladunni, Aron Akerejola, Oluwole Alakija, Honour Sirawoo and Lagos SWAN was dismissed totally from National industrial court of Nigeria Lagos Judicial Division.
The sitting took place on Monday at court 2 Lagos headed by the Head of Court 2, Justice M.N. Esowe, who had earlier dismissed all the charges filed against Olatutu Oladunni and Aron Akerejola and National SWAN in December during the hearing.
The preliminary objection filed in by SWAN counsel, Barrister Ajibola Akinwale was upheld on Monday as the judgement was declared In favour of National SWAN, Olatutu Oladunni, Aron Akerejola, Oluwole Alakija, President Honour Sirawoo and Lagos SWAN.
Information reaching us is that Debo Oshundun and his lawyer immediately disappeared from court in shame.
