MultiChoice Promises Subscribers In Akwa Ibom Better Deals

MultiChoice Nigeria, the service provider of GOtv has held a business session in Uyo, an idea aimed at improving its service delivery and ensure greater satisfaction of products and services.
Managing Director, MultiChoie Nigeria, John Ugbe said the session known as GOCustomer is a regular customer engagement initiative by the company with the view to having face-to-face interaction with customers in order to deepen relationships.
It also provides a platform for valuable discourse with customers through constructive feedback on their experiences from using various GOtv services and products.
“The Customer Forum is a critical platform for our customers to interact with our brands. We take the time out to engage with them in different regions to know there experience with our products and services. We then use this feedback to improve our service delivery and ensure greater satisfaction with our products and services”, Ugbe added.
During the interactive session with representatives of MultiChoie Nigeria, some GOtv customers voiced out their concerns on teething issues ranging from signal loss during rainstorms, missing channels, pricing and programme repeats.
Customer were educated on some of the company’s latest offer and service including GOtv Golden Window offer designed to reward subscribers with an addition month on GOtv MAX
They were also encouraged to update their account details through the self-service option to stay informed about ongoing and upcoming offerings.
Some customers lauded the company’s strides in making its services more accessible in the region. They also praised the company on some of its promos including the recently concluded GOtv Chop Life and February on Us offer.
Meanwhile, customers took advantage of the ‘GOtv Clinic’, a centre set up to resolve hardware complaints, carry out installation checks and other service related issues on site during the forum.
Present at the forum were GOtv customers, dealers, agents, operations and sales representatives in the region. The forum also featured raffle draw that saw two lucky customers go home with GOtv decoders while other exciting GOtv branded items were distributed to customers.
