The Hon. Member Representing Kaduna South Federal Constituency, Hon. Abdulkarim Ahmed (Mai Kero) has extended condolences to the Executive Governor of Kaduna State, Distinguished Senator Uba Sani, the Emir of Zazzau, Ambassador Ahmad Nuhu Bamali, the Iyan Zazzau and Speaker of the 10th House of Representatives, Dr Tajudeen Abbas, as well as the entire people of Zazzau Emirate over the tragedy that befell some worshipers inside the Zaria Central Mosque on Friday.
This was contained in a statement signed by his media Aide, Sharifudeen Ibrahim Muhammad, made available at the weekend.
Hon. Hussaini Mai Kero, in a statement by his Media Aide, Sharifudeen Ibrahim Muhammad (Dan Jarida) on Saturday, described the tragedy which led to the demise of eight and left many others with severe injuries, as sad, pathetic and a great loss to the Zazzau Emirate, Kaduna State and Nigeria in general.
He said the unfortunate event has created a vacuum that no one can fill, especially to the families of the victims.
Representative Hussaini Kero, prayed that Allah forgives their shortcomings, accepts them as martyrs and grants them Aljannatul Firdaus.
He asked Allah to grant the families of the deceased, Kaduna State Government and the Zazzau Emirate, the fortitude to bear the irreplaceable loss.
