Modular Refinery: Gbaramatu Monarch Assures American Company Maximum Security

The Pere of Gbaramatu Kingdom in Warri South-West Local Government Area of Delta State, HRM. Oboro Gbaraun Aketekpe Agadagba on Wednesday assured Missouri American Energy MOAN maximum security for the
establishment of modular refinery in the kingdom.
The revered monarch gave the assurance when top officials of the company paid him a courtesy visit in his palace at Oporoza, headquarters of Gbaramatu Kingdom.
HRM. Agadagba also gave his royal blessings to the company noting that they lack employment and development in his domain.
” As a royal father, I believe in practical and not theory. Assurancewill be given to you. Today, your security is guaranteed. We lack employment. We are lack of employment. We lack development in this
kingdom. So, bringing this modular refinery will help with employment in this kingdom. Your security is guaranteed I assure you.”
Acting Secretary of Gbaramatu Traditional Council, Chief Godspower Gbenekama lauded the initiative of the American investor just as he also assured them of a peaceful environment as well as the needed cooperation of his peoples.
Gbenekama also stated that the people of Gbaramatu want investors to come and open the area which has been blocked by their own people.
Gbenekama also commended the pioneer  Chairman of the Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission, DESOPADEC, Chief Wellington Okirika saying,” he did a lot of work. He opened up so many places where they want to build modular refineries but people came and build houses and block the whole place.
Chief Wellington Okirika in a remark claimed that the are serious minded investors” who have shown readiness to deliver on the project in Gbaramatu.
Chief Okirika noted that the Federal Government of Nigeria and the Minister of Petroleum Resources( State) Dr.  Ibe Kachikwu are interested in the modular refinery project.
Chief Okirika who also expressed delight that the project would take place under the reigns of the present traditional ruler of Gbarambatu Kingdom.
” in your time and reign, this project is taking place.  You will
reign long. May your reign bring solutions to our problems. All that people have taken from  us, may they return to us during your reign. ”
Earlier, President of Missouri American Energy MOAN, Hon. Henry Iwenofu hinted the monarch and members of the Gbaramatu Traditional Council of Chiefs that they were in the palace to seek for the blessings of the traditional ruler for the commencement( get involved) in modular refineries in the kingdom.
Iwenofu who was accompanied by Dr.  Alfred Okeke, Dr. Chike Okechukwu (Vice President&Director respectively) of Missouri American Energy, MOAN as well as Mr. Howard Wegman, Investor’s Representatives, Community Capital Group, Canada also stated that they are in Gbaramatu
to build a relationship with the people as well as partner them.
According to him,” We are looking at doing is not just building a product and making monies and walking away. Because it’s important that you build a relationship with the people that you are working with. We want you to be partners and not employees.
Iwenofu also promised to improve and better the lives of the people if they work with his company as a team.
He said youths in the area will be trained  on the modular refinery job by the full commencement of the project.
