Oyo State Governor, Engineer Seyi Makinde on Thursday forwarded names of 14 Commissioner nominees to the Oyo State House of Assembly for screening and subsequent approval.
Reading the letter from Governor Makinde containing the 14 names, Speaker of the Oyo State House of Assembly , Hon Adebo Ogundoyin gave the names of the Commissioner nominees as:

(2). Mr Adeniyi Olabode Adebisi
(3). Hon Muyiwa Jacob Ojekunle
(4). Prof Oyewo Oyelowo
(5). Barr. Lasunkanmi Ojeleye
(6). Barr Seun Asamu
(7). Rahmon Abiodun Abdulraheem
(8). Chief Bayo Lawal
(9). Hon Funmilayo Orisadeyi
(10). Dr Bashir Abiodun Bello
(11). Hon Wasiu Olatunbosun
(12). Prof. Daud Sangodoyin
(13). Mr Akinola Ojo
(14) Rt. Hon Kehinde Ayoola
The House has however asked the Commissioner nominees to submit their credentials for screening .
New Nigerian gathered that the nominees cut across all the interests in the coalition that produced Governor Seyi Makinde as the joint governorship candidate of the Coalition of Opposition Political parties in Oyo state in March this year for the March 9 elections in the state.
