*boasts that PDP will sweep all LGAs at polls

The Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Plateau State, Damishi T. Sango has alleged that Governor Simon Bako Lalong is afraid of being defeated at the local government election hence his decision for not holding the exercise in the state since he assumed power.
He also accused the state governor of constitutional bridge over what he called ‘seeming failure and fear of being disgraced by the electorates who are determined to change him in 2019’, he said in an interview with New Nigerian Newspapers in Jos.
Sango who was a Minister of Sports maintained that the extension of tenure of the current councils caretaker committee chairmen in the state for third time, simply shows the flagrant disregard of the same constitution that brought him to the corridors of power.
He claimed that Plateau State is never an APC state and that it was the waves of change in the country then that paved a way for the party in the state.
The former minister therefore boasted that PDP will deliver the state any time there will be election in the 17 local government areas.
According to the PDP chairman Anti-Graft agency to focused it’s searchlights in the state because the “ increasing level of corrupt practices by government officials.
He opined that all the current caretakers at the local governments should be seriously be investigated to ascertain how they rule.
