A frontline politician and a gubernatorial candidate of People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Kebbi State, Engr. Garba Haruna, Garkuwan Kabi has said that Zamfara, Sokoto and Kebbi states have no reason to be poor if the abundant natural resources in the states are properly explored and effectively utilised for general good of the citizens.
Engr. Garba Haruna made the assertion in Zuru on Monday, while addressing thousands of PDP supporters from Zuru, Sakaba, Danko/Wasagu, Fakai, Yauri, Shanga and Ngaski Local Government Councils, the seven Councils that made up the Kebbi South Senatorial district.
Engr. Garba Haruna stated that the responsibility of every government is to harness the God given resources in its state for the general good of the people.
He assured the party delegates from the the Kebbi South Senatorial zone that if given the opportunity to fly the party’s flag, he will lead an all inclusive government that will give every section of the State a sense of belonging.
