Katsina gets new Head of Service

Alhaji Garba Sanda Mani has been Sworn-In as the new Head of the Civil Service of Katsina State.
Mani took over from Alhaji Lawal Aliyu Daura who retired recently after successfully spending 35 in service.
Speaking while swearing-in the new Head of Service, Governor Aminu Bello Masari charged him to be fair, just and honest. ”Your appointment is purely on merit as also the most senior Permanent Secretary in the State.”Governor Masari emphasized.
Alhaji Garba Sanda Mani was born in 1959 in Mani Local Government area and attended Mani Primary School, Government Secondary School Daura.
 
A 1982 Political Science Graduate of Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) Zaria, Alhaji Garba Sanda Mani also obtained Masters Degree in International Studies from the same University.
Until his present appointment, Alhaji Garba Sanda Mani was the Director Employment since 2004.
