The Kano State Governor-elect, Engr. Abba Kabir Yusuf, popularly known as Abba Gida Gida is inviting his teeming supporters, members and senior stakeholders of the New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP) to the presentation of certificate of return to all candidates who won election at the Saturday 18th polls.
The invitation was contained in a statement signed by the Spokesperson to the Kano State Governor-elect, Sanusi Bature Dawakin-Tofa made available yesterday.
It said, “The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in Kano has scheduled today March 29, 2023 by 10am at the INEC secretariat to issue the certificate of return to governor-elect, his deputy and state assembly members elect.”
The spokesperson to the Kano State Governor-elect, in the statement, said the occasion will be held at the INEC’s Conference Hall at 10:00am prompt.
GHe urged the NNPP supporters and all invitees, known for peace-loving and law-abiding, to conduct themselves in an orderly manner during and after the occasion, wishing all a safe journey.
