Kaduna Electric Marks 2021 Customer Service Week

Kaduna Electric has joined the rest of the world in celebrating this year’s Customer Service Week. The Week is marked worldwide every year and this year’s Week is from October 4th to 8th.
In his in his goodwill message the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Engr. Garba Haruna, assured customers of the company’s commitment to continously improve its services and urged customers to also support the company by discharging their responsibilities accordingly. 
Some of the responsibilities he highlighted include prompt payment of bills, avoiding meter bypass/tampering and all forms of energy theft. He also tasked customers to help in the fight against vandals by keeping an eye on electricity installations in their neighbourhood. 
Some of the activities lined up to mark this year’s Customer Service Week include; Customer Appreciation Day where some loyal customers will be rewarded for their loyalty to the company.  In the same vein, the Company will also donate essential supplies to Kaduna State Special Education School as part its Corporate Social Responsibility initiative.  The Customer Service Week which kicked off on Monday, will be celebrated across company’s 18 Area Offices in its four franchise states and the Head Office. 
This year’s theme is, “Power of Service,” which highlights the importance of customer service and of the people who serve and support customers on a daily basis.
