The Deputy Governor of Kaduna State, Dr. Hadiza Sabuwa Balarabe at the weekend, witnessed the award of certificates and prizes to cadets of the 71 Regular Course.
Dr. Hadiza Balarabe represented the Governor, His Excellency, Senator Uba Sani as the Special Guest at the 34th combined convocation ceremony for officer cadets of the 71 Regular Course and post graduate students which held at NDA. Afaka – Kaduna.
The Special Guest of Honour at the event, His Excellency, Senator Kashim Shettima, Vice President was represented by the Permanent Secretary, Federal Ministry of Defence, Dr. Ibrahim Abubakar Kana.
Other dignitaries at the occasion included, the Chief of Defence Staff, General CG Musa. who represented the Minister of Defence, and Service Chiefs, the Commandant of the Nigerian Defense Academy (NDA) and other principal officers of the academy.
The convocation ceremony witnessed the award of certificates and prizes to cadets who excelled in academics out of the 450 who graduated.
