The Physical and Automated Medical Screening Exercise of 9th regular course intake of Nigeria Police Academy (POLAC) Wudil Kano for Kaduna State will commence on Monday, September 26, 2022.
This was contained in a statement signed by the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), DSP Muhammed Jalige, dated Sunday September 25, 2022, which informed that the exercise will be held at the Police Officers Mess, Independence way Kaduna.
It also informed that the exercise which will be rounded up on Saturday, October 1, 2022, will commence by 8am daily.
“The Kaduna State Police Command wishes to inform all applicants who successfully completed their online application registration for the 9th Regular Course Intake of the Nigeria Police Academy, (POLAC) Wudil-Kano, that the physical and automated medical screening exercise has been scheduled to take place as follows,” it said.
Furthermore, all applicants were enjoined to come along with the following basic screening requirements as anyone who fails to do so would be considered ineligible:
i. Evidence of physical/ mental fitness from a government recognized Medical Hospital.
ii. Evidence of Good character from Village/ District Head Of applicant.
iii. Indigene certificate by Local Government Chairman or Secretary.
iv. National Identification Number (NIN) Slip.
iv. Original and duplicate copies of credentials such as:
*O’ Level Result(s)
*Certificate of Origin and
*Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age
v. Jamb result print out
vi. Printout of Application form
vii. Duly completed Guarantor’s form and
viii. Invitation slip
“Applicants are to come along with office Flat files and dress in white T-shirts and shorts for the exercise.
“Meanwhile, the Commissioner of Police Kaduna Command, CP Yekini Ayoku, wishes all eligible applicants a successful exercise, while also enjoining participants to conduct themselves in the most orderly manner throughout the period of the exercise,” it added.
