Jubilation As Accord Oyo Central Senatorial Candidate’s Tech Hub Graduates 30  In Robotics, Coding

It was jubilation galore as the Accord candidate for Oyo Central Senatorial District, Engr. Faozey Nurudeen over the weekend, trained and  graduated 30 youth learners in a summer robotic and coding camp. 

Parents of the benefiting youth showered praises on the Accord candidate for Oyo Central Senatorial District in the forthcoming 2023 general elections.

The parents while describing Engr Faozey as a blessing, not just to the senatorial district, but to the state as a whole, prayed that God increases his wealth and grant his heart desires and promised to support his ambition, which they are confident will bring the quality representation Oyo Central senatorial district has lacked in the previous years.

Speaking during the training through his organization, Oyo Tech Hub, the Accord Senatorial candidate emphasized that there is the need to train Nigerian youths in vocational training to enable them blend with the modern day technology.

Engr Faozey maintained that the training was part of his efforts towards empowering youths from in and across the Oyo Senatorial District and the state at large.

In his remarks, the Hub Manager, Mr Ibukun Atoro declared that the essence of the training Young Learners in Coding and Robotic Skills is to fully equipped the young learners for the modern day technology and make them self reliance.

At  the training’s  two demonstration sessions, learners of different ages were asked to present their projects, to validate the skills they all acquired from the just concluded training.

The first session was for Young Learners under the age of 11 which was all about using robotic sensor to test soil moistures. This lasted for about  20mins, to the excitement of their watching parents.

This was followed by another powerful demo session from the age 15 learners. The group used robots to demonstrate the three states of matter: solid; liquid and gas properties to the visible excitement of the parents and audience.

At the end of the event, 30 young learners  graduated and they all received certificates of participation and branded T-shirts each from the hub.
