*Thanks Kaduna Govt for infrastructure development

The Jama’atu Nasril Islam (JNI) Kaduna State has expressed great satisfaction with the progress of the Tudun-Biri Central Mosque construction in Igabi Local Government Area, Kaduna State, Nigeria.
Imam Husaini Iliyasu, the Chief Imam of Udawa Central Mosque and Murshid of JNI Kaduna State, shared his thoughts with the press in Kaduna, following a visit to the construction site.
“We are delighted to see the mosque nearing completion,” he stated, extending gratitude to everyone who contributed to this development, including the state government,” he said.
Imam Iliyasu highlighted the rapid progress of the project and expressed appreciation to the sponsor who funded the mosque from start to finish. He noted that the mosque will be the largest in the area, capable of accommodating a large number of worshippers for daily and Friday prayers.
The Tudun-Biri community, predominantly rural farmers, includes diverse tribes such as Hausa, Fulani, and Gbagyi, who have coexisted peacefully for many years.
Imam Iliyasu urged the village residents to use the new mosque to foster peace and unity with other faith-based organizations in the region.
He also encouraged them to maintain the mosque properly.
He assured the community that JNI leaders would be present at the inauguration of the new mosque. Additionally, he called on the Kaduna State government to ensure adequate security for the area’s residents.
It is worth recalling that a few months ago, a tragic incident occurred when a military drone killed over 100 Muslims celebrating the birth of the Holy Prophet Mohammed (SAW).
Imam Iliyasu also thanked the Kaduna State government for infrastructure developments, including road construction and the establishment of a skill acquisition center in the area. He reaffirmed that JNI leaders would be present at the opening ceremony of the new central mosque.
