In the spirit of the Not Too Young To Run Bill, a Kachia/Kagarko House of Representatives aspirant, Mr.Gabriel Saleh has said that if elected, he will make laws that will benefit the common man,
especially the farmers and herdsmen.
He gave the assurance during an interview with newsmen while declaring his
intention to contest for the House of Representatives.
The Reps aspirant stressed the need to make laws that will be of great benefit to the common man, and the the first law i will make if elected will be that will be of
great benefit to both farmers and herdsmen.
The 33 years old aspirant said that his purpose of contesting at this early stage is because he has noticed the youths have not been carried along politically.
“Looking at the political terrain in Nigeria, the youths have been left behind and leadership is not all about age, but intelligence, vision and courage to be precise.
“This motivated me to contest and I urge the vibrant youths to participate in politics to make our country great again.”
Speaking further, he said that Nigeria does not need to depend on crude oil alone to grow, stressing that focusing on agriculture will also make the country become great as the cattle produces is money when sold and its waste will also benefit the farmers when used as manure,” he noted.
He called on youths not to allow themselves to be used as weapons of
destruction by politicians but rather, to get their permanent voters card to elect the right people to various political positions.”
