A People’s Democratic Party ,(PDP), Concerned Group has commended former Interim Chairman of Kaduna North Local Government Area, Hon. Usman Ibrahim, popularly known as Sardaunan Badarawa for donating the sum of one million naira for the party’s political activities ahead 2023 general election.
Dahiru Musa who spoke to newsmen on behalf of the group, disclosed that Sardaunan Badarawa has been contributing immensely to the upliftment of PDP in Kaduna State, adding that the politician would be an invaluable asset if allowed to be the party’s Kaduna Central Senatorial candidate in 2023 election.
The donation was made Monday at PDP caucus meeting at Arewa House.
Musa eulogized virtues of the Senatorial hopeful, describing him as an individual with passion, zeal and commitment to better the lives of the masses by paying attention to socio – economic needs of people at the grassroots.
” It our conviction that Sardaunan Badarawa will be a big plus to our party due to his Political philosophy of putting People first before anything.
” Since he joined back PDP, the party has seen immense supports from the politician who has singlehandedly renovated our state Secretariat, standing it out and making it visible to one on transit through Kaduna.
” The philanthropist has given out cars to our party Excos to ease their operational activities ahead the 2023 election.
” It is only fair and morally right to give such a man the chance and leverage so he can do more in the advancement and cause of our party.
” He has lofty ideas, rich policies and programmes that will impact positively on lives of our people if he is given the platform to actualize his ambition.
” I enjoin all our delegates to be patriotic by casting their votes for Sardaunan Badarawa as Kaduna Central Senatorial aspirant in the interest of our people, party and country, ” he pleaded.
