Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya has approved the appointment of Dr Abbas Umar Farouk as Rector of the Gombe State Polytechnic, Bajoga.
This was disclosed in a statement signed by the Director-General (Press Affairs) Government House Gombe, Ismaila Uba Misilli, made available on Tuesday April 5, 2022.
The Commissioner, Ministry for Higher Education, Mr Meshack Audu Lauco, who conveyed the Governor’s approval, also announced Ahmed Abubakar Alkali as the Registrar and Hassan Salama Dala as Polytechnic Librarian.
The one term of five- years appointments of the three principal officers are with immediate effect.
